Compensation
Minimum $85,000 (combination of salary and bonus)

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing a team of Service Advisors, Technicians and Support Staff.
Assist in implementing and adhering to procedures and processes in the service department.
Monitoring and driving profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring service department employees.
Assisting in setting goals and monitoring departmental performance.
Ensuring compliance with various training requirements, manufacturer standards, and Health and Safety regulations.
Resolving customer concerns effectively while maintaining a customer-focused culture.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry or at least 2 years in an assistant manager/manager role in a non-automotive field. Valid G driver's license.
